For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for used or opened medicines. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return, replacement, or refund. Such requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a claim, please provide clear images of the damaged or defective item along with your order details. Our team will review the request and process the resolution accordingly
